COVID-19 Information

Beginning Friday May 1st, we have slowly started rescheduling our clients. We ask for your patience during this time as we have over a months worth of appointments to reschedule. 

 

Our atmosphere may look a little different for the time being. Some things you can expect: 

  • We will have a questionnaire for you to verbally answer before you may be treated
  • We will be limiting the number of clients scheduled each day to ensure our staff and clients safety
  • Extra time will be allowed in between appointments to assure proper sanitation
  • Removal of all waiting area items, except chairs, and removal of all product testers
  • Our treatment tables will be bare, except for during facials
  • All staff members are encourage to stay home if they are feeling ill
  • Staff members will be wearing face masks during services

We are asking for your help with the following:

  • Please wear a face mask of your own into our facility, and only remove if/when asked by a staff member
  • Please come alone to your appointments to limit contact transmission
  • Please bring as few personal items as possible into the facility (i.e. phones, purses, etc.)

We strive on continuing to educate our clients on maintaining healthy skin by treating and preventing the signs of aging. We utilize the highest quality and most advanced technology, as well as using the best therapeutic and medical quality aesthetic services available. 

 

Please remember when you arrive at the Spa that services are in session and that loud noises are disruptive. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for pre-service preparations.

 

Cancellation and Late Policy

The most valuable thing you can give someone is your time, and we fully believe that everyone’s time should be respected. We understand sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment; however, we ask that 24 hours notice is given prior to cancelling. In the event that you are unable to give us a 24 hours notice, a cancellation or “No Show” fee of $50 will be charged to your card. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we have the right to ask you to reschedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
